We deliver to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Our delivery area excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international destinations and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Two parts to the trip

Processing covers preparing your order before it enters transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transit is separate from processing; these windows are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.

A straightforward shipping rate

Free standard shipping applies to orders of $59 or more. For a merchandise subtotal below $59, standard shipping costs $6.99. The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax or shipping.

Following your order

Tracking information is emailed when available. Carrier scans may take a little time to appear. If an address needs correcting, contact us promptly; changes may no longer be possible after dispatch.

If your order appears lost, arrives damaged or misses its estimated window, email your order number to [email protected] or call +1 818-447-1853. We will review the delivery details with you. If a shipment is delayed, we will provide an updated estimate and explain your cancellation or refund options as appropriate.
