A few answers before you go.

We deliver within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, international destinations and military postal addresses are outside our delivery area.

Orders spend 1–3 business days in processing before dispatch. Transit takes 3–7 days afterward. These are separate estimated windows; allow time for both when planning around a trip.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Below $59, standard shipping is $6.99. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before tax or shipping.

Let us know within 30 days after delivery if you want to return an item. Keep it unused with its original packaging and included parts. We cover return postage for quality problems, wrong items and shipping damage. For other reasons, you cover the return postage. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after the return arrives; approved refunds are then initiated to the original payment method. Your bank controls when the credit appears.

A duffel suits folded or rolled clothes. A garment bag opens out so you can arrange hanging outfits before closing it into its carry shape. It will not prevent every wrinkle; unpack and hang garments at your destination.

Compare the outside measurements of your packed bag with your airline’s current rules for your route and fare. Wheels, handles and filled pockets count. A size name alone is not a guarantee of carry-on or under-seat acceptance.

Follow any care label supplied with the item. For ordinary surface dirt, start gently with a soft cloth and allow the bag to dry before storage. Do not machine wash, soak or use bleach unless the item’s instructions specifically permit it. Ask us if you are unsure about a material.
