These terms apply to purchases and use of mileandcarry.com, the Mile & Carry store operated by Nexora Group LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Shopping with us

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact and address information, and protect your account credentials. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Products and prices

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Product colors can appear different across screens; measurements are approximate where stated. Check the item’s specifications and included contents before ordering. Airline baggage acceptance depends on the carrier, route and fare.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate. If a material description, availability or pricing error affects an order, we will contact you to explain and offer appropriate correction or cancellation and refund options. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request, not acceptance of every order in all circumstances.

Delivery and changes

We serve the contiguous United States. Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 3–7 days. Estimated timing and rates are explained in our Shipping Policy. Contact us quickly for an address change or cancellation; dispatched orders follow our returns process.

Returns

Eligible returns can be started within 30 days of delivery. Please read the Returns & Refunds policy for condition requirements, postage responsibilities and refund timing.

Responsible site use
