Returns with a clear route back.

If a bag isn’t the right fit, contact us to begin a return within 30 days after delivery. Keep the item unused, with its original packaging and any included parts. Please have your order number ready.

How to send it back

1. Email [email protected] or call +1 818-447-1853. Tell us the order number, which item you are returning and the reason. For damage or an incorrect item, photos help us understand the issue.
2. Pack the unused bag securely in its original packaging. Include the order number and your email address inside the parcel.
3. Send your return to the address below. You can also contact us first if you need guidance. A tracked service lets you follow the parcel back.

Who covers return postage?

We cover return shipping when an item has a quality problem, is the wrong item, or was damaged during transit. Contact us so we can arrange the return postage. If you change your mind or choose a different size, color or style, return postage is your responsibility. There is no restocking deduction.

Inspection and refunds

Once the return arrives, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. If it meets the return conditions, we initiate the refund to the original payment method. Your bank’s processing schedule determines when the credit becomes visible. We’ll let you know if a return cannot be accepted and explain why.

Original standard shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. For a quality issue, incorrect item or transit damage, we refund the applicable original shipping charge as well. We do not deduct our outbound shipping cost from items that qualified for free shipping.

Exchanges and cancellations

To choose a different item, return the original under this policy and place a separate order. Contact us promptly about cancellation requests; an order already dispatched cannot be canceled and can be returned after delivery under these conditions.
